"Where there is an endless list of great Hip Hop producers from the past and present, there have only been a select few to shape, shift and redefine the culture as a whole,” Green-Label.com’s story says. "The list includes Just Blaze and Kanye West, both of whom played considerable parts in Jay Z’s classic The Blueprint, and J. Dilla, who some consider to be the most underrated to ever step into a studio.”
Beyond Just Blaze and Kanye West, Rick Rubin also made the list.
"Jay Z was smart enough to recruit him for smash hit '99 Problems' from The Black Album,”Green Label says, "and Rick also provided creative input on Magna Carta Holy Grail, Kanye West’s Yeezus, and Eminem’s last album The Marshall Mathers LP 2.”
