Miller also pointed out of the label, “They have Prince.”

my father always has terrific insight.

In January 2013, Complex reported that Miller was on the verge of establishing an independent label with close friend Quentin “Q” Cuff.
"The name stems from a friend of Mac's that passed away, Reuben Mitrani,” Q said. “REM in REMember is capitalized, those were his initials."
